The project is situated on a hillside area, 800 m away from the beaches of Sveti Vlas and 2,5 km from Marina Dinevi. House plots are separated from each other with a hedge of lowly shrubs; straight in the middle there is a comfortable good-sized swimming poll where you can bathe whenever you want.

LOCATION

Project «Bruter House» is situated among private houses and small residential estates in Incaraki locality in a suburb of the resort Sveti Vlas.
Sveti Vlas appeared on the spot of a small seaside settlement. Today it is one of the youngest and rapidly growing resort destinations in Bulgaria. Population of Sveti Vlas is about 4 500 people. It got its name in the 14th century in a honor of Saint Vlas - cattleman, healer and protector of merchants.

It is situated just 6 km away from the biggest Bulgarian seaside resort, Sunny Beach, but unlike the latter, Sveti Vlas is quiet and not crowded. Here you will find totally home atmosphere. Town infostructure combines all necessary for comfortable living: few mini-markets and shops, restaurants with different cuisine, medical center, bank branches. Also there is a Ortodox church.

During hot season you may visit theatre performances and bulgarian stars' concerts. Specially for these reasons big amphiteatre was constructed in Sveti Vlas.

The seaside affords a fine view over an ancient town Nesebar.  Besides that biggest yacht marina in Bulgaria was developed in 2007 - Marina Dinevi.

A chain of mountains is also located not far from St. Vlas, that’s why there is a healthy air.

In construction of our houses we've used reliable and high-quality materials ensuring your comfortable stay throughout the year.

For decoration of the facades of buildings we've applied traditional Bulgarian materials - stone and wood, but the buildings themselves are contemporary-styled, and you'll certainly notice them from the road.

Our project is ready-to-live and is sold with "turn-key" finishing:

  • living room: floor - laminated flooring / dalle, walls and ceiling - paint;
  • bedroom: floor - laminated flooring, walls and ceiling - paint;
  • kitchen: floor - laminated flooring / dalle, walls and ceiling - tile / paint;

  • balcony / terraces: floor – dalle which imitates parquet flooring; walls – facing stone; beautiful forged fence; tent – wood combined with the tent fabric;
  • electricity – wiring;
  • water-supply system – connected;
  • the yard is surrounded by forged fence;
  • the cost doesn't include furniture, so you could have an opportunity to choose the design appropriate for you;
  • Bruter House Family is fully finished, bathroom is equiped and kitchen is furnished according to the design project.
